Santa's Wonderland

Santa's Wonderland

Ingredients:

>50g plum cake,

>20g dark chocolate,

>2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream,

>60ml Bourbon/Tennessee Whiskey,


Method:

Blend all the ingredients in a mixer. For garnishing you could use a dollop of ice-cream and a wedge of fresh strawberry. Serve


Glassware:

Chilled margarita glass.
